Subject: Portico

Mirzet and Amira Harambasic at 9 Woodbridge Lane have requested permission, from the Board, to build a portico over their front door.

As this portico will be as identical as possible to the ones already gracing the fronts of homes on Woodbridge Lane, and the Harambasics will be covering all expenses for this project, the Board feels that this request is reasonable and does not require a special meeting.

The construction will be done by a licensed and insured contractor, and is scheduled to commence in late fall (late-October or into November).

If you disagree with this plan, you have until the end of September (09/30/08) to voice your concerns to a member of the Board. After that, the Harambasics will be permitted to move ahead with their project.
